In the name of God amen I Valentine Peyton of the County of PrinceWilliam, being weak of bod y but perfect in mind and memory do makeConstitute & Appoint this my last will and Testamen t Revoling all formerand other Wills by me Made, Imprimis I bequeath my Soul to god who gaves tand my body to the earth, to be buried in a decent like manner and as tomy worldly goods whi ch it hath pleased god to bless me with, I leave inthe following manner Viz.... Item I give a nd bequeath to my well belovedwife Sally Peyton all and singular the estate both real and pe rsonalthat I got by her and whereas I Sold a Tract of land in Fairfax Co. beingpart of my sai d wifes estate my will and meaning is that She Shallreceive out of my Estate a sum of money e qual to that for which the saidland was sold Provided the sale stands good in law, and also o ne riding?? and Harnace and a bay colt I bought of James Ebbs to her and thelaw full issue of her body for ever. and in default of such, Issue my will& desire is that the S d Estate boath real and personal shall go anddescend to my well beloved children, Craven, Pru dence, John and RobertPeyton's to be Equaly divided Between them to them their Heirs andAssig ns forever-..
