    Kathryn Burnett Rust, 65, of 1941 Madison St., died at 3 a.m. today at her home.
    Mrs. Rust, a native of McCracken County, was a retired employee of Owens Cleaners and a member of Faith Baptist Church.
    Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Roth Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Eugene Clark officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
    Surviving are her husband, Earl Rust; three daughters, Shirley Ann Poat, Carolyn Gaines and Debbie Wiggins, all of Paducah; two brothers, James E. Burnett and Ray Burnett, both of Detroit; four sisters, Dorothy Johns of Marine City, MI, Ruth Purkey of Roseville, MI, Marie Hall of Louisville and Mary Lawrence Osborne of Memphis, and five grandchildren.
    Her parents were James W. and Ora Elliott Burnett.
