No service will be held for Willard ''Bill'' Austinson, who died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1996, of an infection of the pancreas at age 51.

Mr. Austinson was born March 18, 1945, in Hood River. He attended Fairview Grade School and Reynolds High School. He worked as a carpenter and a leather reconditioner at North West Leather Reconditioners.

Surviving are his wife, Karen Richards; brothers, Gaylon of Corbett, Dick of Lake Oswego and Leon of Portland; and sisters, Clarice Randall of Los Angeles, Marjorie Jee of Gresham, Nancy Fullinwider of Tacoma and Linda J. Munsey of Longview, Wash.

Arrangements were by Bateman Carroll Funeral Chapel.
