    From the 1993 Crouse Reunion Book:
    Rudolph Crouse was born on Friday, August 13, 1897, at Pound, Virginia. He weighed in at thirteen pounds.
    Rudolph came to Arkansas in the summer of 1919 and bought property on Brasel Creek, returned to Virginia and he and Mollie were married September 28, 1919. They returned to Arkansas in April, 1920.
    Although Rudolph had only elementary education, he had great knowledge about timber and worked in that a lot of years as well as farming. He drove a school bus and worked as County Coroner for Newton County for several years.
