Russell, 79, a retired farmer, died last Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. S. Holsinger, on a farm between Denton and Ridgely. Besides his daughter, Mrs. Holsinger, he is survived by a son, Leland Russell, of Maplewood, N.J. Mrs. Russell died two years ago. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Roy L. Tawes, pastor of the Ridgely Methodist Episcopal Church, will be held at the home of Mrs. Holsinger at 2 o'clock this (Saturday) afternoon. Burial will be in Greensboro cemetery."
