Item No. 10 From John Donilson to William Acklin, an indenture of bargain on a sale made i n Tennessee for lands lying in Tennessee was proven in open Court by the oaths of John Hun_(? ) and Nathaniel Austin, the subscribing witnesses thereto, and in compliance with an act of A ssembly passed at the Autumnal session, 1809, of the legislature of Tennessee entitled, "An a ct for the relief of William Aclin" ordered to be certified for registration.
