    According to the Ohio Historical Society's publication, "Echoes," Ohio has a new historic mar ker in Hamilton County entitled "Lochry's Expedition, 1781", which may be of interest to th e descendants of William Roark, Revolutionary War veteran, of Saline Co., IL. William Roar k was a member of Lochry's ill-fated group that was on its way to join George Rogers Clark' s expedition.

    The marker will be placed in Hamilton Co., Ohio, two miles west of Cleves on E. Miami River R oad, where the captured soldiers were held by the Indians before being turned over to the Bri tish and taken to Detroit.
