Will of John Collier

To dau Mary one guinea

To Moses Johnson one guinea

To son William bequest.

To son Thomas land.

To dau Grace????

To son Benjamin

To son Charles, houses and plantation

To son Henry all the remaining of my land

All remainder of my money and pewter to be divided between my sons Benjamin, Henry, and the remainder of my estate after debts are paid to be divided between the same three Charles, Henry, by lot.

Give son Henry to son William until he is 21 years old.

Give son Charles to Moses Johnson until he is 21 years old.

Makes Moses Johnson, son Jon and son Thomas Executors.
