    Son: David Harrell land adj. Hardy Swamp, William Harrell, Jesse Harrell containing 100 acres.

    I leave $300 in the hands of my executor for the benefit and support of my dau Sally Brown and her heirs and the money owed to me by Theophilus Brown shall be placed in his hands.

    Dau: Martha Moore $400

    Daus: Lucy Leigh, Polly Leigh, Nancy Harrell, Rebecca Moore, $400 each.

    Grandchildren: Martha Harrell, Lewelling Harrell, Margaret Harrell, and Lewiza Harrell $10 each.

    All my remaining estate to be sold and proceeds to be divided between my heirs Jesse Harrell, David Harrell, Martha Moore, Lucy Leigh, Polly leigh, Nancy Harrell, Rebecca Moore, Sally Brown, Elizabeth Cherry, William Harrell, Lewis Harrell, and Levi Harrell will come in for a share if there is more than enough to make up $600.00.

    Son: Levi Harrell $600 and the deed in trust I hold against him.
