    Joseph Richardson received a land grant of 400 acres on the north side of the Marratuck River
    on the 20 July 1741.

    The land was transferred to Christopher Kibbee of the Isle of Wight in 1744 and was thus registered in Northampton County, North Carolina in November Court 1744.
