    Henry Best was a Lt. in the N. C. Militia in the Revolutionary War.

    It is reported after the Revolutionary War he moved to Robeson County, Nor th Carolina.

    It appears that Henry Best II was married twice, first to Mary Carter a nd later to Elizabeth Wasden.
