Will of Thomas Waller
____ In the Name of God Amen,
I Thomas Waller being weak in body but perfect in memory make this my last will and testament.
I make my beloved wife my only Executrix honoring and paying all my just debts after her I doth bequeath unto my son George this my plantation containing three hundred fifty acres of land with all commissions thereunto belonging if he dies, my desire is that my daughter Anne and Elizabeth all equally to be divided between betwixt them as witness my hand and mark this last day of June in the year of our Lord, 1687.
