  • ID: I03070
  • Name: *Council Lucas 1
  • Sex: M
  • Birth: ABT 1843 in Wayne County , North Carolina 1
  • Note:
Council Lucas is thought to be the son of William Lucas who married Exeline (Axey) Lamm.

Council is listed in the 1860 census of Wilson County but does not appear after that. In the 1860 census he is listed as living with James H. Barnes and Susuan barnes in house 006 in the Black Creek District.

Benjamin Trevathon is in house 001 and this is the family that Eveline Lucas, daughter of William Lucas married into by marrying Jesse D. Trevathon, son of Benjamin.

It is possible that Council Lucas died in the Civil War. No grave site for him has been identified in Wilson County.
