Mary Louise Nix Myers, 70, of Jasper, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Armond Ritch will officiate. Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. today, Jan. 7, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Myers; mother, Grace Nix; and father, Belton Nix.

She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie White, and her husband, Tom, of Jasper, Kathy Myers of Samantha, and Lisa McClain, and her husband, Larry, of Lewisville, Texas; son, Mark Myers, and his wife, Christie, of Hoover; brother, Hank Nix, and his wife, Ruby, of Ozark; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
