Received death cert. John E. Barker who died 24 Nov 1932 in Mill Twp, Tuscarawas Co, was born in WV 23 Mar 1867 to William Barker and Mary Lamp, both born WV. Informant was Raymond Barker of Toronto, OH. John E. was buried at Union Toronto, Ohio. He was a Kiln-setter for Buckeye Sewer Pipe.

Uhrichsville newspaper looked at for 24, 25, and 26. John E. did not have an obit those days. Possibly in the Coshocton or Jefferson county papers. Need to research further. Need to also check for a will in Coshocton, Jefferson, or Tuscarawas Co.

NOTE: I am NOT certain this is the John Elsworth listed on Ronald Harold's death cert. Also the John E. death cert listed mother as Mary Lamp. Cannot find a Mary Lamp marriage to a Wiliiam Barker. I'm told William F. Barker married Margaret ODELL in 1866 and they are listed as the parents of a John E. age 13 in the 1880 census for Tyler Co. Perhaps death cert is just wrong. Marriage record states William F.'s parents were John and Mary. John's father supposed to be Joseph Barker who is in the Barker Family genealogy book by Elizabeth Frye Barker (1927); however the book does not carry John's line any further.
