Witnesses: John & Jeremiah Sims and Moses Spicer.

DEEDS: Culpeper Co. VA. Robert sold his 133 acres to William Hill on 7/16/1767 per DB "E", pg 387. John and (Suffia) sold their 134 acres to Henry Hill on 8/18/1768 per DB "D", pg 268 & DB "E", pg 555 with John Hawkins as a witness. Bartlett and wife, Elizabeth, sold their 133 acres to Benjamin Johnson on 9/23/1768 per DB "E", pg 618.

DEEDS: Culpeper Co. VA. DB "E", pg 658, dtd 8/20/1768. Deed of Gift of 129 acres (where James now lives) on Devils Run to son, George. Witnesses: John Rogers, John Crittenden, Thomas Graves, Francis Lucas, William Lucas and William Hill. (George is resident of Louisa Co. VA.).
