Fonda, a parcel of land in Watervliet at the southeast corner of Isaac H. Fonda's farm to the southwest corner of Isaac I. Fonda's land, containing 112.5 acres. The said Henry I. Fonda, for a valuable consideration, has assigned his interest in said mortgage to Jacob Mancius, who has likewise assigned his interest in said mortgage to the subscriber.
