Hawley, 3d, of Batavia was elected president of the New York State Poultry Council at a meeting yesterday afternoon during the 16th annual exposition of the Northeastern Poultry Producers Council at the War Memorial. Hawley succeeds M. C. Babcock of Ithaca, widely-known poultry producer. Hawley is the son of Warren W. Hawley, Jr., of Batavia, who is president of the New York State Farm Bureau Federation.
