    ...Edward and Sarah lived first at North Richmond, until in the year 1822, Edward received a Grant of 50 acres on 1st November at Myrtle Creek (now Tahmoor). He later sold this land to his Father-in-law, Thomas Cooling in December 1824 for the sum of fifteen pounds ($30)....
