He was killed by two of his slaves. Not sure where he was buried, but it may be near his wife in an unmarked grave. His wife, Nancy, and a child are buried in the side yard of the Dunn house next to Highway 61 about a mile or so south ot the old store in Lorman, MS. Lorman used to be called Lowenburg after the name of the owners of the old store. William Anderson Killingsworth's death and the burning of his house was mentioned in the Susan Sillars Darden Diary.
