Virginia [now West Virginia] prior to 1860
Allegheny City (Ward #2), Pennsylvania, in 1860,
Middlesex Twp., Butler Co., Pennsylvania, in 1870,
and back in Allegheny City, Arch Street, by 1880.

A separate Andrew Barclay, an Alderman, b. 1806, Poland, Ohio, also lived in Middlesex Twp. in 1870.
