This file depicts the early stages in the birth of a family in the townland, Mullaghbuoy, Clonfeacle Parish, County Tyrone, N. Ireland. As Clonfeacle is one of the only parishes in Ulster with Bartleys in the late 1700s, the likelihood of their belonging to a single family is great. The file has been created with information kindly provided by Kenneth Bartley [7th generation descendant currently residing on the original Bartley land in Mullaghbuoy], together with early data collected and published in Ireland. Several known family members listed largely conjecturally as brothers may in fact be cousins to Thomas (ABT 1750). These data suggest the intriguing possibility of a connection to One Pennsylvania Bartley Family [find link in Post-ems]. As several male descendants of this family are living, such conjectures may be sorted out in the near future through DNA analysis. Marriage 1 Spouse Unknown
