Decd. Dated January 10th 1896. Decedent died April 11th 1901. Filed April 17th 1901. I, David Klotz of Kimmell Township Bedford County Pennsylvania do make and publish this as my last will and testament viz: 1st I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor as soon after my decease as possible. 2d I direct my Body to be burried on my lot in the Imler Valley Cemetery and A Suitable Monument erected thereon. 3d I hereby direct authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter mentioned to sell all my property both real and personal for the best price that can be obtained and the proceeds arising from such sale or sales after deducting Expenses and all other monies that may come in from my Estate shall be disposed of as follows. 4th My beloved wife Catharine if she survive me shall have her full share in both real personal or mixed property as the Laws of Pennsylvania direct. 5th the balance shall be equally divided among all my Children. 6th and in case any of my children should be dead at the time of my decease and should leave issue such issue shall be entitled to and take such share as the parent would be entitled to if living. 7th I hereby nominate constitute and appoint J.C. Imler, Executor of this my last will and testament. David Klots of near Lafayettsville died Thursday morning of diseases incident in old age. He was about 83 years old. He is survived by his wife and these children: Jacob and George of near Springfield, O., John of New Enterprise, Mrs. Lamburn of Nebraska, Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Herst [Hengst-ed.] of Roaring Spring and Mrs. Pressel, with whom he lived; also by one sister [Mrs. Mary Riling-ed.] of Altoona. _____________________________________________________ St. Paul's Cemetery, a.k.a.
