Either there are two Marys in the documents below or she didn't know heryear of birth. She also could not sign her name.
Proof of Mary's parentage comes from the following 3 documents:
#1 - Craven Co. N.C. deeds, Sept 11,1756: Joseph Womall of township ofUpper Providence in Co. of Chester (now Delaware Co), Penn and Margarethis wife and Henry Huddleston and Mary his wife of Bucks Co Penn or(to?)Joseph Leech?(ee) 300 acres South Side of Neuse above Swift Creek onBachelors Creek. Margaret and Mary were daughters of William Wilkinson ofPlumstead Township who received a patent for the land March 29,1721 inBath Co. Wit: Jos Donaldson, ?Leigh Jr., Benj Luch

(Mary M. Huddlestone) - Her Mark
Taken & subscribed before me 5th of Oct. 1781. Henry Wynkoop
Recorded December 16th 1790
[Though this document would seem to indicate that Mary was born in 1746,she was married Aug. 15, 1733 at Christ's Church in Philadelphia, Pa, andher husband, Henry Jr. was born in 1706. She must have been born at leastby 1718, then she would have been 15 when she married.]
ancestry.com lists the marriage as:
1772, Aug. 15 - Henry Huddleston & Mary Wilkinson
But according to the actual Christ Church records the marriage was 1733not 1772.
