1646, leaving a widow Hannah who in 1648 married a second, George
Langton, and daughters, of whom Hannah married Joseph Root"

"Edmond Haynes, an emigrant from England, was early at Springfield, and
died in 1646, leaving a widow, Hannah who in 1648, m. Geo. Langton." It
then lists the 3 children of Edmond and Hannah and says "Nothing More is
known of this family.

Northampton; Hannah, wh. m. Joseph Root, and Ruth, b. 27 Apr. 1646, wh.
m. 23 Feb. 1670 Eleazer Hawes of Dorchester. His [Edmond's] widow Hannah
m. George Lankton."

The only reference to Lambe was sent to Zalda by Charles M. Mallette,
1830 Ealge Falls Drive, Houston, TX 77077 on June 27, 1994. It is
typewritten p. 78-79 with the header Chapter 30 Haynes. I made a note
to myself saying I don't know whether he is the author. p. 78 says:
Edmond Haynes. Nothing is known of his birth, but he died in 1646 at
Springfield, Mass. Edmond married Hannah Lambe probably in England.
Hannah subsequently married second to George Langton in 1648. (Ref. 1, 2,
and 3). Edmond settled in Springfield, Mass in 1645 and he appeared to
have died there the following year. (Ref. 3) children: (Ref. 2) Sarah
Haynes, m. Enos Kingsley. Hannah Haynes, see later. Ruth Haynes, b. 27
April 1644; m. Eleazer Hawes.
Hannah Haynes. Details of her birth are not know, but she died January
28, 1691. Hannah may have been married to David Burt but the details are
lacking. She married second Joseph Root, son of Thomas Root, on December
30, 1660. See Root Chapter for references, on Roots.
