    BIOGRAPHY: Rosies biological father was Elmer Jenkins, a man identified as being from Hardinsburg, Indiana Washington County. What became of him I haven't found out ,Yet... Rosies mother Cora White then married her first cousin Perry Hall. I beleive she didn't what to at first and did so because the times did not permit a young lady to have a child out of wedlock. She came to love him very much. Later she had two more daughters by him Rachel Louise and Maria.
