Note: (Medical):George was in Molong sometime before 1886 when he was listed as a blacksmith in Anthony Horden's Directory. George's blacksmith forge was opposite the Freemasons Hotel, next to Wright Heatons. In 1888 Garlick & Wynne were handicapper for the sports on Celebration Day. When the Telegraph Hotel burnt down in 1889, George was one of the helpers in salvaging some furniture. He also served on the ensuing Jury. He was a committee member for the hospital board in 1893, and in 1894 was a member of the first committee formed to organize a town band. George and Flora were still in Molong in 1903-1904 but there is no further record of their lives there, though a G Garlick was a subscriber to the hospital in 1917.
