"Mrs.Bennett's Funeral Held: Service Held at Salvation Army Hall with Ensign Tolcher in Charge"
Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Salvation Army Hall for Mrs.Sarah E. Bennett 53, who died at her home, 407 1/2 Fifth Street Saturday afternoon.
Besides her husband, B.F. Bennett, she is survived by two daughters.Frankie Taylor of this city and Mrs. Mollie George of Matador Texas,a granddaughter Thelma George and a grandson, Bennett Henderson of this city. Mr. and Mrs. George came up Sunday to attend the funeral.
The services were conducted by Ensign Tolcher. The pallbearers were Frank Metcalf, Lewis Schoopman, John Fox, Jr., Earl Fox, Ellsworth Dexter,and Edwin Griswold. Burial was made in Highland cemetery with Ritters in charge. "Former Resident Dies in Accident"
B.F.Bennett, 65 years of age, former resident of Lawton, was accidentally killed last Friday night at 11:30 o'clock at Hobbs, New Mexico. Mr.Bennett left here last August to make his home with his daughter Mrs. Cleve George at Hobbs.
It is reported here that the killings was one of mistaken identity. Mr.Bennett was a concrete workman and is well known here in the building circles, was well liked by all who knew him for his agreeable and likeable disposition.
Besides his daughter, Mrs. George, he is survived by another daughter Mrs.F.J. Pauley of this city, also a grandson Bennett Henderson of Lawton, and a granddaughter Miss Thelma George of Hobbs New Mexico and other relatives.

"Funeral for Bennett Held"
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon Ritter's Chapel at ____o'clock for B.F. Bennett, former Lawton citizen who was accidentally killed at Hobbs, New Mexico last Friday night at 11:30 o'clock. The services were conducted by Adjutant Tolcher of the Salvation Army and were well attended, the floral offerings were beautiful.
The pallbearers were J.S. Mull, J. Miller, John Fox, Jr., Red_____, Barry E. Lee, and Oscar_____. Burial was made in Highland Cemetery.
