   ii.William Franklin Woolsey was born 30 AUG 1867 in Carson City, Nevada. He married Margaret Boam, daughter of Thomas D. Boam and Elizabeth Chalmers. She was born 19 MAR 1882 in Alma, Uinta County, Wyoming.

He was born 25 DEC 1824 in St. Clair Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, and died 17 MAR 1879 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah.
