She was born 15 JUN 1851 in Pennsylvania, and died 6 MAR 1917 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

He was buried in Wells Valley Methodist Cemetery, Fulton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of 4. William F. Fessler and 5. Polly Evans.

3.Mary Oakman was born ABT 1828, and died 17 MAY 1872.
