I'm a fifty year member of the SAR , and also a life member of the Jamestowne Society. The asterisk* by a name shows a direct ancestor of mine. I have tried to provide adequate references, but my first postings in the late-1990s might not be footnoted. Please ask if in doubt! No entry here is "mass imported;" each has been individually added. This work is dedicated to those who landed at Jamestown, Virginia over four centuries ago, and to those already here who deserved a better end.

1. Jane Pierce* was born ABT 1587 in England, and died in VA. She was the daughter of 2. William Pierce and 3. Joane. She married John Rolfe* ABT 1619. He was born 6 MAY 1585 in Heacham, Norfolk, England, and died 22 MAR 1621/22 in probably in the Massacre, Jamestown, James City Co., VA. She married Roger Smith ABT 1623 in VA. He was born ABT 1585.

3. Joane was born ABT 1565 in England.
