Mason Hall, on the Obion-Gibson County line in NW TN, 25 miles south of the Mississippi River crossing at Hickman KY, was a wagon stop on the major 1800s migration route west. The community grew from an earlier settlement known as Tysonville in Gibson Co. This file records those first settlers. It is also the Original and Largest file of the descendants my g-g-g-grandfather, Thomas Jenkins b 1774, including my grandfather of Mason Hall. Others in our family and the local area are recorded.
