2.	Daniel (Cooney) Kuhney was born 8 Jul 1800 in Salem (Berks) Pennsylvania, and died 5 Sep 1868 in Oswego (Kendall) Illinois. He was buried in Doud Cemetery in Oswego Township (Kendall) Illinois. He was the son of 4. Peter Kuney and 5. Susanna Braun.

Emanuel Cooney was born 1 Jan 1835 in Oneida County New York, and died 9 Nov 1893 in Na-Au-Say Township (Kendall) Illinois. He married Harriett Adeline Culver 7 Feb 1860 in Kendall County Illinois, daughter of Alva Culver and Amy Ann Ashley. She was born 19 Jul 1841 in Plainfield (Will) Illinois, and died 11 Oct 1897 in Aurora (Kane) Illinois.     vi. Peter Cooney was born 3 Jun 1837 in Mayfield (Geauga) Ohio, and died 15 Oct 1915 in Oswego Township (Kendall) Illinois (see BIO & see OBIT). He married Amanda Melvina Carpenter 29 Dec 1852 in Kendall County Illinois, daughter of David Wolf Carpenter and Sarah P Davis.
