He was born 12 Dec 1866 in New Middleton, Smith County, Tennessee, and died 5 May 1932 in Plattsmouth, Cass County, Nebraska. He was buried in Prairie Creek Cemetery, 8 Miles West Of Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.

2.	William M. Eby was born 18 Jan 1847 in Pennsylvania Formed 1787. He was the son of 4. Moses Eby and 5. Sarah Haak.

3.	Melinda Eckert was born 7 May 1852 in Pennsylvania Formed 1787.
