He was the son of 2. Wendel AMENT and 3. Margaretha UNBEKANNT. He married Anna Esther FREIER 1620 in Battenberg, Electoral Palatinate (now in Bad Dürkheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany), daughter of Zacharius FREIER and Fa UNBEKANNT. She was born 1600 in Battenberg, Electoral Palatinate (now in Bad Dürkheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany), and died AFT 1650 in Battenberg, Electoral Palatinate (now in Bad Dürkheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany).
