He was born 1798 in Marlborough, South Carolina, and died Feb 1863 in Bulloch Co., GA.     vii. John WISE was born Sep 1792 in Ironmonger Creek, Effingham Co., GA, and died ABT 1835 in Bulloch Co., GA. He married Rachel G.
