Note: The Bagley family came to Raw Hide Flat, NM to homestead and improved the place. The small community was called Joneta in 1926 after the mother. If they stayed on it for a year they would own it, but it didn't work out. The town was called Joneta in December 8, 1922 after Mrs. Bagley and is near Corona. In 1931 Jerome "Romey" Moseley established a general store and was appointed Postmaster. He named the place "Lon" for his son Lonnie, from a toss of the coin. Miss Callie Franks, the school teacher, who stayed with the Bagley's retired to Texas with the Bagleys. Later they made a trip to California.
